Issues with re-syncing
We auto-sync your Help Center from Notion once every 24 hours. This ensures that all your changes are upto date and fresh. You can also manually re-sync from your Dashboard.
Before we sync our Help Center, it’s important to understand how to view your changes from Notion.
Note: Only changes in Articles will be shown. If you have many any change in Categories please
Regenerate all Pages. You can see the Last Regenerated at date on the top.
In the Dashboard, you can check the state of all of your published
Articles. These are the available states -
- Synced - This means that your Help Center article is synced with the latest data from Notion.
- Deleted - This is shown in front of Articles that are currently visible on the Help Center, but recently deleted or unpublished from Notion. Regenerate all pages to sync this with the Help Center.
- Need to Sync - This is to indicate that you have edited the article since you last regenerated the Help Center.
- New - Shown for any new articles. Regenerate all pages to update the Help Center.
Regenerate All Pages on the Dashboard! This will fetch all your changed data from Notion and refresh all your Help Center Pages.
If you have any problems with re-syncing your data, please contact us.
